Through coaching, I strive to:

  • Support you if you are experiencing loss of any kind

  • Help you if you are struggling with recent or more distant and unresolved grief

  • Partner with you to move yourself forward into a place of grief recovery

  • Support you through major life transitions – a career change, relocation, or relationship change – menopause - recovery from major illness/surgery – accepting and dealing with chronic illness – grappling with an empty nest

  • Create a space for you to know it is OK to be vulnerable, scared, even hopeless, and to not always have the strength to keep moving forward

  • Guide you through making difficult decisions, or adjusting to change or transition

  • And always to hold space for openness, honesty, support, and hope
